NPAVSCC was established in 1985 as an organization that works to place educational
issues at the heart of national and local decision-making processes. We
develop the necessary contacts and confidence in our members to enable them
to carry out their role as parents and partners in education in a professional
manner. NPAVSCC is managed by a Voluntary Executive Board and has no permanent
staff. Its voice in government is the Department of Education and Science.
NPAVSCC operates links with all affiliated schools and centers. NPAVSCC
will endeavor to maintain a climate of open communication with our partners
so that issues can be raised and resolved before becoming problems/ grievances
